Feel free to workout on your own time and not go to the gym to meet up with a trainer.

30 minute Bi-Monthly 1on1 Calls

Weekly Accountability Check In Videos
Each week you will be sent a screen recording reviewing what you did well the previous week and also what you need to focus on the the up coming week.
You will always know what you need to do and never feel lost.

Send as many form clips to coach KP to get a review of your intensity and form.
